All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

We currently ship within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
